Terms and conditions

Draft for founder and professional review. The legal entity, governing law, billing terms, liability language, and final service-specific schedules will be completed before external production use.

1. About these terms

These terms govern access to LookWeave, an AI-generated fashion style-visualization service operated by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address] under [registration number and jurisdiction]. By using the service, an authorized user accepts these terms on behalf of the organization they represent.

Questions and formal notices should be sent to legal@lookweave.com.

2. The service

LookWeave helps fashion brands add a branded visual preview to a storefront, manage eligible catalogue products, configure integration settings, and review service metadata. The service produces an illustrative style visualization. It is not a fitting, sizing, tailoring, measurement, body-analysis, or purchase guarantee.

Features, supported garment structures, providers, processing regions, and availability may change as the service is developed. Some capabilities may be limited to a controlled rollout or require approval before activation.

3. Accounts and access

Workspace access is granted to approved organizations and their invited users. You must give accurate information, protect account credentials, use MFA when required, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Users may only access organizations and resources they are authorized to operate.

LookWeave may suspend or limit access to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce quotas, respond to security events, or meet legal obligations. Suspension does not remove obligations that accrued before suspension.

4. Brand content and shopper images

You retain ownership of your catalogue assets, product data, brand materials, and other content you submit. You give LookWeave the limited rights needed to host, validate, process, display, and return that content to provide the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for catalogue assets and any storefront use. When you enable the widget, you are responsible for presenting required consent, age, AI visualization, and privacy language to shoppers. The uploader must be 18 or have guardian consent and must have the right to use the portrait.

Shopper inputs and generated results are transient processing objects. They are not added to a public gallery, reused for another shopper, or used for model training by default.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use LookWeave to:

  • Upload content without the required rights, consent, or lawful basis.
  • Process unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful material.
  • Attempt to access another organization, bypass an origin restriction, or expose a secret.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
  • Represent a visualization as a guarantee of fit, size, measurement, or purchase outcome.
  • Use the widget or account to build a competing service from protected materials.

6. Preview, credits, and billing

During the current rollout, access, quotas, credits, invoices, and payment arrangements may be agreed directly with LookWeave. Payment automation and a public rate card are not currently part of the service. Any applicable order form, invoice, credit grant, or written commercial agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, a successful delivered generation consumes one credit. Failed, rejected, duplicate, cancelled-before-run, and internal retry attempts do not consume a customer credit, although provider costs may still be recorded internally.

7. Intellectual property

LookWeave and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, designs, and underlying methods. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the approved access period. You may not remove proprietary notices or use the LookWeave name or mark outside the permissions we provide.

8. Third-party services

LookWeave may rely on hosting, identity, storage, queueing, processing, email, analytics, or other providers. Their involvement does not give you a right to access their systems or credentials. We will document material providers and processing arrangements as required before production launch.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided for evaluation, controlled rollout, or production use only when the relevant agreement says so. Unless expressly agreed in writing, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, exact output, conversion improvement, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose. The visualization may differ from the source garment or portrait and must not be used as a sizing or purchase guarantee.

10. Termination and data handling

Either party may end access according to the applicable written agreement. On termination, credentials and widget tokens may be disabled, processing may stop, and tenant assets may be deleted according to the documented retention and legal-record requirements. Shopper images and results follow the transient lifecycle described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. The governing law, courts, and dispute process are [to be completed after company registration and legal review].
